How to see through clothing
CORRECTION: The description originally stated that exposed film was to be used, but you actually have to use blank, developed film. A chemical used in the development process is what gives the film it's visible light filtering capabilities. First off my apologies for the very shoddy camera work and even shoddier narration. Secondly, this is merely my own personal findings after conducting several very unscientific tests using esotericsean's method of turning an ordinary camcorder into one that only lets in infrared light, allowing the operator to 'see through' various objects including clothing. The tests speak for themselves and yes, by using this method you can actually see what people are wearing under their clothing, provided that the clothing is relatively clingy, and is a thin fabric. Dark clothing works the best, but I've also gotten great results with all colors, provided that the fabric is thin and clingy. The method: In case you haven't seen EsotericSean's video tutorial, the method is simple. You take any ordinary video camera with night shot capability, and you take a piece of BLANK, DEVELOPED film and put it over the lens. The film filters out all light other than infrared and the night vision disengages the infrared blocker in the camera. Now, if you want to be a little daring and don't care about using the camera normally ever again you can try removing the IR blocker from the camera entirely, although some people have said that it screws up the focus. The Smith and Wesson 15-22 is fun. Flat out good times can be had with this super light, well-designed .22 AR-15 clone. At just 5.5 lbs it has amazing portability and comfort in use. With it's adjustable stock and this lightness, it might just be a favorite of your kids and any female shooters in the clan as well. POUs for the 15-22 will of course include this very recreational use, that of an AR-15 trainer, an AR-15 accessory TEST BED, a survival rifle, and just a project gun to accessorize. its .22 LR chambering will afford high round counts without killing your budget. Several models are offered and shown, including "compliant" versions with plain muzzles, fixed stocks, and 10 rd mags. My favorite by far is the perfectly equipped #811034 (or #811035) M&P MOE 15-22. Equipped with Magpul MOE stock and grip (in black but easily DuraCoated if necessary), folding MBUS sights, and flush mounted single pt sling tie in, it wears many of my preferred accessories. Although it's more expensive, it's worth it. All 15-22s have polymer receivers and quad rails which account for the svelte weight. The quad rail follows 1913 Picatinny standards and it thankfully narrow in profile. It allows plenty of room for vertical grip, light, and bipod attachment. Be advised that "frame flexing" was noted in accuracy testing off bipod due to the polymer receivers/rail composition and resulted in wider shot variations. It should be a minor issue in most POUs. Unit Clothing presents Giants Of Dirt: Part 2
www.unitriders.com Dane Searls has proven himself as one of the world's best big dirt jump riders. In his quest to push himself and BMX dirt jumping further, Dane has teamed up with Unit Clothing to develop the Giants Of Dirt project. The construction and first ride took place in August, at Matt Schubring's Boonah property, located in Australia. The set up was totally untested, and Dane took a massive slam in his attempt to clear the whole set-up. He walked away and immediately began planning another attempt. After months of bad weather, Dane headed back out to the massive jumps, and worked along side Matt Schubring to bring the jumps up to standard and ready to ride.
