the spirit of the sixties part 1 : when pop music was art & i'm so glad by cream

the late 60's were "comeback" of the Renaissance revolution: a return to the values of Humanism - every body has a great potential and should have the freedom to fulfill his/her potential. the movement that reflects those values called the COUNTERCULTURE or the HIPPIES. they reflects those values by the recently develop music- "rock" or "pop" music. they tried to say something with the music, and not only just to make money. they explored alternatives in order to develop higher and higher and understand the potential and the power that every individual has- the power to change the world, and they didn't afraid to believe and use this power. this is the first part of my documentary called "the spirit of the sixties". enjoy! scenes from BBC documentary from 1968 "all of my loving"

Is It In My Head - The Who cover

Another great song from Quadrophenia by The Who !!..'Is It In My Head '...if you know the quadrophrenic Jimmy from the Quadrophenia story(4 different personalities)...you know he's a messed up kid !!lol!. Is It In My Head - The Who(Quadrophenia) Written by Pete Townshend I see a man without a problem I see a country always starved, I hear the music of a heartbeat, I walk and the people turn and laugh. Is it in my head Is it in my head Is in my head here at the start? Is it in my head Is it in my head Is it in my head, or in my heart? I pick up phones and hear my history. I dream of all the calls I missed. I try to number those who love me, And find exactly what the trouble is. Is it in my head [etc.] I feel I'm being followed, My head is empty Yet every word I say turns out a sentence. Statements to a stranger Just asking for directions Turn my being helped, to being questioned. I see a man without a problem.

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: The Seeker

My first attempt at a PMV. Nothing revolutionary, but I had fun making it. As it's a first go, no real attempt at lip-synching has been made. I may go back and redo it some time, if I get better.

Harmonica: Rock, The Who "Baba O'Riley"

1st, forgive me for misspelling "Baba O'Riley" in the video. Yikes!! I will fix and repost. Sorry to all the most die-hard and hardcore Who fans, I know that must sting! I just caught it about 12 hours after posting. Hope I did the song much justice anyway....I enjoyed the hell outta playing the harmonica (a 2nd try!) and singing on this Who classic, which I recently rediscovered. I pieced together video in Magix Music and Video Maker6, using original graphics and stills from my video clips, along with licensed footage. Sit back and take a trip!

Overture/RogerDaltrey&Co./Milano24mar2012

Roger Daltrey&band, live @ Teatro Smeraldo, Milano, performing Tommy plus other titles from The Who and his own repertoire. Fantastic show from a very passionate 68 YO, had the feeling that he's doing it just for the sheer pleasure, has the energy of a young man, must be seen :)))
