Nasty isn't it! This car has blacked out windows and could be seen as a van! If the log book are changed to being a van then the owner gets extra parking rights. You can park on Double yellows. You may find a change in insurance especially if you insure it for none commercial use(pretend its a chaufue car)! You then have cheep Insurance and extra parking rights! The idiot is stupid and have gave the Police a easy ticket to fine him! His half thought out number plate change is flaunting laws and the faded light was illegal before the change took place! I bet he hasn't change the log book and took the advantages possible so the owners is either ignorant of the laws and needs VOSA to highlight it and force the change or the Police to stop him and fine him. He's asking for the punishments available! Someone tell him!
