Some possible workarounds. From jayekaiser in the comments here: "There is a work-around for the audio stream issue, get audacity and install the ffmpeg library. You can then export the audio tracks from your .avi file, and import them manually into premiere - works like a charm!" Another solution would be to import the file into a program like Sony Vegas or VirtualDub and export the audio streams separately. One final workaround, In dxtory there is a tool called AVImux, green box bottom left. With it you can export individual audio tracks or mix your 2 tracks into a single audio track and adjust the volumes before mixing.
