This movie will be the seventh installment of the best selling "Mischief" street racing series created by Dustin Worles. Description (not the final): The Mischief Crew are invited to compete in the 2007 Joy Ride Rally. A high-end rally, similar to the famous Gumball 3000, that takes 60 exotics from Santa Monica, California and to New Orleans, LA. The six day rally travels through Scottsdale, Las Cruces, Austin, and Houston. The Mischief Crew shows up in their rally-battered Porsche 996 and new Lamborghini Murcielago. With exotics driving at speeds of up to 205mph on public highways, police are put on full alert across the country and some participants pay the price for ignoring the posted speed limits. By the rally's end, most participants drop out but the Mischief Crew continues on the run and tries their best from not getting arrested. "Mischief: Joy Ride" will also feature Dado drifting his turbo M3 in Michigan, the 2006 French Quarter Classic Ferrari event, several other car drives, the 2007 Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit, the 2007 Sema show, the 2007 Palm Beach Supercar Weekend, and the 2007 Cavallino Classic Concorso d'Eleganza car show. The usually crazy car stunts and skits that makes "Mischief" so popular will not be left out! This 90+min movie was shot in HD and will be available in surround sound and on Blu-ray. This tool-assisted speedrun, played by Joshua Nyer (Comicalflop), aims to complete Mischief Makers in as quickly a time as possible (fastest in-game time), while still achieving S-ranks in every stage. To do this, the player uses a series of glitches, tricks and timesavers, and the end result is what you see here: a very optimised, very fast, and very entertaining TAS. The actual page of the movie can be found here: tasvideos.org This movie was made on an emulator, with frame-by-frame shooting, savestates and rerecords. It is NOT meant to show skill; it is ONLY supposed to provide entertainment. Therefore, any anti-TAS comments will be deleted instantly. Try to remember that speedruns and TASes are different. N64 Underrated Gem: Mischief Makers
This is a series of gameplay vids I'm doing highlighting overlooked games for the various consoles I own. Mischief Makers comes from Treasure who are one of the most celebrated Japanese designers. They brought us games like Gunstar Heroes, Dynamite Headdy, Guardian Heroes, Sin and Punishment, Radiant Silvergun, Ikaruga, and even Mischief Makers. I have noticed that Mischief Makers has gotten more attention lately, but, when it hit, it got almost no attention at all. In fact, almost all of Treasure's games are like that. Even Gunstar Heroes was almost unheard of, and has only recently become popular in the mainstream. Mischief Makers is a very well designed 2D platformer game. The mane catch of the game revolves around Marina's ability to grab, shake, and throw things. It sounds simple, but the developers took that simple concept and made, in my opinion, the best N64 2D sidescroller there is hands down. This just isn't one of the best sidescrollers, it's actually one of the best games on the system. It's just a well designed platformer with simple controls, and a good amount of variety. However, just because the game is easy to get the hang of, does not mean the game is an easy game. It has a good challenge level to it. It's not overwhelming, but there are some pretty tough parts. The boss fights, in particular, are no picnic. The only really bad thing I can say is the game isn't that long, but it's challenging enough at times, and has enough variety to keep you playing <b>...</b>

www.djsounds.com Following on from Kutskis wonderfully informative CDJ-900 videos last month, we bring you a special holiday treat from the hardstyle Radio One raver. In Kutskis own words, this clip is: I did this just for a bit of fun, while testing out the latest update to Rekordbox and CDJ2000. Using an ethernet hub to hook up the CDJs and laptop, you can now drag and drop music onto each CD player directly on your laptop top, or browse the entire Rekordbox library on your laptop on your CDJs! So here I simply made a playlist on the laptop and loaded it on the CD players for quick access. Effect used on the DJM800 mixer is the roll (personal favourite), and on the EFX1000, the echo, used to extreme at the end to create the feedback loop. The tracks used where Organ Donors Super Mario Bros and HtheB Super Mario (Techno Remix). We particularly liked the sound of Kutskis use of the CDJ-2000s new 3.00 firmware upgrade that allows him to directly connect the CDJ-2000s to rekordbox running on his laptop. Not demonstrated here, this firmware also has a wealth of tweaks and tuning to make it essential for anyone with a pair of the New Species. You can download the firmware here. Obviously Kutskis dextrous fingers on the CDJs are highly enjoyable but we also love the tried and tested old favourite of the feedback loop on the EFX-1000 to finish things off.
