Rolling Thunder (1977)
Rolling Thunder was released unto the grindhouse circuit sometime around 1977. It was written by Paul Schrader of "Taxi Driver" fame and starred Tommy Lee Jones in one of his earliest screen performances. It also pleased a small amount of critics, with Gene Siskel listing it on his "Ten best films of 1977" and several modern day critics praising its superiority as a deathwish film.

This is the very awesome climactic brothel shootout in the 1977 classic revenge flick, Rolling Thunder. The shootout stars William Devane and Tommy Lee Jones, who are about to unleash some whoop ass on a bunch of thugs. I think there's some nudity in this scene, but only in a violent context. Rolling Thunder 2010 (in HD)
On Memorial Day weekend every year, there's an event in Washington, DC, called "Rolling Thunder." It's an hours-long parade of motorcycles that starts at the Pentagon, passes Arlington Cemetery and rolls through the streets of DC. Rolling Thunder 2010 seemed a little shorter than in previous years, but it's still an impressive sight. I hope you enjoy this short documentary on Rolling Thunder 2010. I shot this in HD with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 digital camera (which happens to do decent HD video) and edited it with Corel VideoStudio Pro x2. That's me doing the narration. The Vietnam War, also known as the Second Indochina War, or the Vietnam Conflict, occurred in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia from 1959 to April 30, 1975. The war was fought between the communist North Vietnam, supported by its communist allies, and the government of South Vietnam, supported by the United States and other member nations of the Southeast Asia Treaty Organization (SEATO). The Vietcong, the lightly armed South Vietnamese communist insurgency, largely fought a guerrilla war against anti-communist forces in the region. The North Vietnamese Army engaged in a more conventional war, at times committing large-sized units into battle. US and South Vietnamese forces relied on air superiority and overwhelming firepower to conduct search-and-destroy operations, involving ground forces, artillery and air strikes. The United States entered the war to prevent a communist takeover of South Vietnam as part of a wider strategy called containment. Military advisors arrived beginning in 1950. US involvement escalated in the early 1960s and combat units were deployed beginning in 1965. Involvement peaked in 1968 at the time of the Tet Offensive. Under a policy called Vietnamization, US forces withdrew as South Vietnamese troops were trained and armed. Despite a peace treaty signed by all parties in January 1973, fighting continued. In response to the anti-war movement, the US Congress passed the Case-Church Amendment in June 1973 prohibiting further US military intervention. In <b>...</b>

This is WIS's first recording of our 2008-2009. Just to let the world know we are an intermediate school band with only 7th and 8th graders playing very difficult music. This is our first recording. We are playing a program of a 4, 4, 5, this year UIL music, we are a very talented group of Intermediate school people. This is Rolling Thunder by Henry Fillmore. (BTW my mom filmed this and this is just our first recording performance of our music this year). So for all you WIS people out there here ya go. BEAST 08-09 year. Just a reminder the two trombones on the ends (Right end and left end) are 7th graders and the rest of us are 8th graders. This is our first performance in a concert hall at UH. This was an amazing hall and we are so grateful of them for letting us preform there and GO WAVE!! ~~COMMENT~~

Standing on a flyover bridge in Arlington/Falls Church, Virginia watching the bikes come in on Route 66 heading for the Memorial Day ride from the Pentagon to the Wall in DC. Turn up your speakers for a little taste of why they call it "Rolling Thunder!" Yes, they DO shake the ground when they ride by. It's AWESOME to see, hear, and feel. Locals usually wave flags, cheer, and salute our Vets as they ride in. Love it! Hope you do too!

Classic Game Room reviews ROLLING THUNDER for Nintendo Entertainment System, a Tengen produced videogame cartridge for the NES. Rolling Thunder is a super challenging 2D side scrolling adventure game where you play a Spy wasting bad guy terrorists who have kidnapped your cute Japanese anime girlfriend! Careful as you slowly creepy through levels, your spy isn't very touch and can easily be knocked out by any number of colorful hood-wearing bad guys or other foes. Rolling Thunder can be found as an arcade machine, but this 1989 Tengen release for the Nintendo is a very good conversion of the game. In this battle we are one week into Operation Desert Storm - the date is February 24th, 1991. United States on BLUFOR side is advancing deeply into Iraq territory. USMC's / US Army's mission is to seize control of these areas. The Iraq Republican Guard's mission on REDFOR side is to stop them in their tracks. The battle was fought on a huge, open and sandy desert map named Tropica, with a long view distance; perfect for tank battles. This footage shows USMC / US Army footage of three M1A1 Abrams tanks (Lead, Alfa & Bravo) manned by Unit19 crews (tank mil-sim group), and six M60 Patton tanks manned by participating groups and individuals, fighting three T72's and six T62's from the Iraq Republican Guard, which were also human players.
